- Payment information: when you make a payment, card, UPI, net-banking, or other payment details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment gateway partner. Corengg does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on its own servers.
- Communication records: correspondence via email, WhatsApp Business, or phone, including support and post-sale queries.

- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, referring URL, device/browser type, and IP address, collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Search and indexing data: aggregated visibility data via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Advertising/insight data: anonymized visitor insights via LinkedIn Insight Tag, used to understand which professional audiences engage with our content.

We share information only where necessary to fulfil your order or as required by law:- OEM/Principal companies — Formlabs, ZWCAD/ZWSOFT, ZW3D, ANSYS, Autodesk, Siemens, HP — for license registration, activation, and warranty purposes, as applicable to the specific product purchased.
- Payment gateway and banking partners — to process payments securely; these partners operate under their own PCI-DSS compliant privacy and security practices.
- Logistics/courier partners — for hardware shipments, limited to name, address, and contact number required for delivery.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), Microsoft (Bing Webmaster Tools), and LinkedIn (Insight Tag), which process aggregated, largely anonymized usage data under their own privacy policies.
- Legal/regulatory authorities — where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Corengg or others.
